It looks like the area you're producing the oil in doesn't have a need to fill and has reached max capacity to hold the material you're producing. Do you have an Oil Power Plant or Fuel Station built on the same landmass that your Oil is being produced on? If not, you may need to set up a trade route or charter route so the Oil has somewhere to go.

Just to clarify, is this happening on only one of your saves or all of them? Also, is this a save that is syncing to the cloud, or are you saving locally?

Is your game set to fullscreen, windowed, or borderless? Also, what is the resolution of the monitor you are using? If you have a clip showing an example of when you scroll back up and then you're unable to edit the quantities, please feel free to share this with me as I'd be happy to take a look at the behavior of the issue.

Is your charcoal kiln still producing coal? If so, it is producing coal at the same time your charcoal kiln is planting so the planting may be continuous.
