Thank you for those screenshots, they are really helpful in understanding what's going on. Question for you, what is the run time for your CPU? You can check this by clicking CPU in task manager, it will show at the bottom. If it's high, I recommend restarting your PC to reset the run time to 0. Shutting down your PC or setting it to sleep will not do this, you need to restart.

Also, does this occur within all save files, or just one? Do you have a fresh game you can test this issue with?

I recommend first verifying your game files, and then relaunching the game. If you're still unable to deliver the material, could you please send an image of the quest menu as well as one showing the ship with the cargo loaded into it?

I'm sorry to hear that your game is stuttering while playing. Does this occur if you create a new game as well? And do you have any other saves you can test to see if this issue occurs while playing them as well? About how long are you able to play before this happens? If possible, could you please take the screenshot from the same location that the first screenshot was taken near the waterfall? Also, if you place trees of a similar type down, and scroll through the visual options for them, do you see the shade change per tree? Or are they all the same dark green?
