Thank you for those screenshots, they are really helpful in understanding what's going on. Question for you, what is the run time for your CPU? You can check this by clicking CPU in task manager, it will show at the bottom. If it's high, I recommend restarting your PC to reset the run time to 0. Shutting down your PC or setting it to sleep will not do this, you need to restart.

Also, does this occur within all save files, or just one? Do you have a fresh game you can test this issue with?

Hi @TAYTOO! So sorry for the delay in response.

I recommend first verifying your game files, and then relaunching the game. If you're still unable to deliver the material, could you please send an image of the quest menu as well as one showing the ship with the cargo loaded into it?

I'm sorry to hear that your game is stuttering while playing. Does this occur if you create a new game as well? And do you have any other saves you can test to see if this issue occurs while playing them as well? About how long are you able to play before this happens? Also, please let me know exactly what error message you're receiving, and please try these steps then test to see if the issue is persisting. Please let me know if you have any questions!

Are you not seeing your Ubisoft games listed in your Ubisoft Connect launcher? Or are you experiencing an error when trying to launch your games? Please describe what's preventing you from accessing your games, and I'd be glad to assist further.

Have you built the Research Institute in your city yet? You'll need to do this first and then hit 1500 Elders before being able to unlock Scholars. Please let me know if after meeting these conditions if you're still unable to upgrade your population to the Scholars level.

Gotcha, @malyfousek, thanks for updating. Would you please send a screenshot of your graphics settings in-game? If possible, could you please take the screenshot from the same location that the first screenshot was taken near the waterfall? Also, if you place trees of a similar type down, and scroll through the visual options for them, do you see the shade change per tree? Or are they all the same dark green?
