Guess that depends on what your particular bugbear is, but if the Spawn System was one of them, that's being addressed. As mentioned toward the bottom of the letter, we'll talk more about gameplay updates and adjustments in the next letter.

Which ones have already been fixed?.

Once I know, I can better consolidate and clean up the current list of bugs that is complied.

Various submerge Sunderer bugs:

Fixed.

The lightning variant of the kingsnake l2-100 turret does not rotate in the center of the turret.

Fixed.

Chimera PPC tank cannon doesn't have zoom even after equipping them to it.

Fixed.

P4-120 Kingsnake has no indirect damage

Fixed.

Seapost K-12 various issues:

Fixed.

NSO not getting alert rewards for conquest-tiebreaker

Fixed.

ANT major bug

Fixed.

NSO characters might not be able to use the /new chat:

Not a bug.

As a side note: It'd be helpful to separate the bugs that are from previous updates, and ones that are meant to be from the live build.

The Upside

Fortunately (hopefully?) most of the rough patch is behind us. We have a handful of fixes on the way this Thursday that’ll clean up some scoreboard and match time issues, and you should expect no further changes to the gameplay space this season.

In my books adding new tank turrets is a big change in the gameplay space.

/u/wrel /u/CM_Mithril any comment on that?

gameplay space.

This comment refers specifically to Nexus terrain, as the context for this was in response to the backlash from the changes made from PTS->Live before the first round began. I could have made that more clear.

This will be fixed within the next 30 minutes or so, should only need to restart your client.

Edit: This is fixed on Live now, just restart your client.

This is fixed now, restarting your client will pick up the changes. Darklight and Suppressor unfortunately need downtime to fix, it'll be in for the next update.

Every single large fight can be expected to bring the server to its knees now.

We've all been sending in tickets almost nightly, but there's been absolute silence since the attempted fix a while ago. If it weren't for OW coming up, I'd have thrown in the towel and gone on a long vacation.

Additionally, what's going to prevent Nexus from being subjected to the exact same problems? If the server is running poorly enough, matches are going to be decided by whichever team has fewer players lag out, which is ridiculous considering that this is supposed to be a competitive event.

Please, RPG. We shouldn't have to beg for any sort of updates on the longstanding server issues, and remaining silent is not going to e...

Could you send me an id of one of the CS tickets, please? We're currently trying to investigate this.

We're sending out a fix for this later today. No downtime needed, just a new client. We'll let you know when it's out.

The dates are accurate for when each phase begins. The tooltip information is the same stuff from before at the moment though, so most of it will be incorrect. Information will be updated next Wednesday, and we'll have a dev article out to talk about how Outfit Wars will function this go around as well.

Thanks in advance <3

It'll run until the 27th. We'll get the typo patched out in a hotfix next week.

The one that makes game go brighter and brighter each time you respawn.

Unaware of that one. Could you paste your useroptions.ini settings?

I can ask QA to try to reproduce the bug and get a task in.

We just (this morning) figured out what's breaking this, but not why it's breaking yet. Either way, we should be able to get this resolved in for a hotfix some time next week.

You can equip a different attachment in the rail slot to fix this issue, as others have stated... However, it should also be fixed in the next update regardless, as this is caused by the same loadout bug that can reset weapon loadouts.

EDIT: I just checked the data and it'll still end up landing on the 8th. Originally it was going to be pushed back to coincide with the directive releases, but we've been so heads down with the Surf and Storm update that I think this (and the communication about it,) slipped through the cracks.

I'll fix the typo in the patch notes, at any rate.

We've actually got a fix for this long-standing issue coming to the next PTS build, and with the release of Surf and Storm. Vanu be praised.
