Hmmm, not really, sorry… because we bought from another artist who had the same idea before. It might be a bit insane if we have to go back to all the skin concepts ever created and check for coincidences. People could have the same idea without ever talking to each other, as it seems the case with this one (as OP also wasn’t aware of the other older concept) As I said, when we are aware of it, we reach out to the artist. But we don’t have the personnel, and I think even if we had, we can’t keep track of all fanart created with our IP :(

First, I do appreciate how constructive and honest the feedback was, sometimes these are taken for granted!

But anyway… I know it’s natural to compare the old system against the new one, but that’s not the best take, because with this new system, we wanted to address a lot of issues with the previous one, so:

• most important of all: every active player is getting more skins in this system than before, plus, now people have the freedom to use it how they like it

• It’s calculated that a F2P player could get up to 8 149 skins with bling per year. If you buy the pass, this number increases (to 14ish maybe?)

• the mecha Bo and crow were a bit of a mess - their Star point price had no relation with the gem economy - we took this opportunity to make the system more consistent, now all color variations follow the s...

lol I tried to avoid “every other month” because also confuses people but "bi-monthly" confused you all in a different way :D I meant once every two months! Specially because we are testing the format, so don’t wanna commit to it before knowing how it’ll go!

We did, and as Kairos explained, there was a lot going on. Not trying to justify a mistake as it is still an oversight and could have been avoided if we were more careful, but just explaining that the benefit of being in a small and community centric team is that we have the freedom to change stuff in the very last minute if we believe this change will be for the better - on the other hand, for the same reason we are more inclined to making mistakes and miscommunication issues such as this one

Hmmm, it should convert to coins if you can’t spend power points, could there maybe be a brawler who’s not at power 11 still? If that’s the case, then it’s a bug - and I guess the workaround is to unlock the next brawler to claim it Could you share your player tag so I can take a look?

That’s very actionable - your just need to report the message (if you tap the message itself there’s an option to report it) It doesn’t need to be in English as well, so even the first messages could have been reported… if you already did that, then it’s case closed. If you forgor 💀 then you can just open a ticket to support directly through the game and share the screenshots
