This is a possibility in the future as we optimize. There are a few important reasons for the current limit. Note that we're planning to introduce a new gauge in the future to help you manage the simulation cost of objects like vehicles. This will replace the (invisible) fixed count limits we have currently.
It's a bug, sorry! It works in Playgrounds but not Creative. We'll get a fix out. But yes -- new map features are coming also. :)

Not yet, sorry. You have to publish a new version. We're working on various improvements to this system.
It's definitely planned. We're still figuring out how we want this to work though. Regular props and buildings can't currently have a "Hold down E for settings" menu, but want to use something like for toggling per-object options like destructibility, collidability, initial health, etc.
Multi-Select is supported on phones. Open your HUD customization menu, and switch from Combat to Creative mode. A few special virtual buttons will appear up top that you can drag down onto your HUD, including a button to toggle Multi-Select on props and tiles under your crosshair. Hope that helps!
You seem to respond often. Is a capturable flag even on the board of ideas to implement? I find it hard to believe that someone at Epic thought of a capture point, but not a capturable unique item (espcially since heist exists). I dont see it on the trello, and thats worrisome..

Explanation: Lobby Music After The Victory (Creative) When I finish a game in Creative and the game shows the new victory screen,the lobby music starts...but,when I come to the normal mode (with the phone,the fly...) the music continues... To undo the music,I need to quit the game and restart all the server.
If replicable,how: Start a Creative,Enter in an island,set this UI settings,start the game,terminate this one and you will note the bug

Any chance we'll be getting a larger explosion radius on the new Explosive Device? It would be perfect for clearing FFA maps without having to reset the game if we could get a 25ish tile range
It's possible in the future! We're still evaluating the performance of this device, as you can imagine it can be pretty costly to damage many things at once.
We're definitely interested in this, too. :) The pieces actually need some changes to be compatible with how Creative works.

Yes. I think drops should be off by default.
We're planning to remember your Phone preferences between sessions, so after you turn it off it will actually stay that way unless you turn it back on. There are other improvements to these "toggles" that we're talking about as well.
And you wish you could change the key bind for delete but you can't.
Agreed! Rebindable controller and mobile buttons for Creative are planned, but we haven't started work on that feature yet.
