Do we need to do anything as far as the wiped character not being able to be played after the wipe? Sub a ticket? Or when this fix goes thru will we be able to play it again
At this point in time the inventory restorations will be automatic, no ticket submission required as we will be running a rule on our database to automatically identify any users who have been affected.
We may ask you to open a ticket with customer support if the automatic restoration isn't successful for you in particular.
