Italian is already available. The store page is outdated, like 20 languages are missing. I forwarded this, hoping that the devs will update it soon.

Join the Valheim Discord and send a message to Lumah. But I already have to tell you: If you don't speak good English, you will not be able to help with translations. This requires a professional level of both languages, Italian & English.

Anyway, next sale will be Winter Sale I assume. Steam Next Fest starts on 3rd Oct, but only upcoming games are eligible (don't think EA counts as upcoming since accessable already). Dates for the Winter Sale are TBA.

Yes, not on sale this time. I've asked, and it's most likely because they simply forgot to opt-in in early June (when the sale was announced by Valve) and couldn't opt-in after because Coffee Stain Publishing too was on vacation in the last 4-5 weeks. They're all (Iron Gate too) back now, btw.

No. That is not a feature the developers want in the game and it would also require a complete overhaul of the game engine.

There will not be NPCs "for hire" in Valheim.
In regards to quest giving NPCs: Hildir's Quest will be added in the future, confirming the addition of another quest giving NPC similar to Haldor and Hugin.
