EACAsyncResult: 4 Message: 'An incompatible Easy Anti-Cheat service is already running. Please exit other running games or reboot'.

Have you been able to work around this since?

We were having some problems with our crash reporter at the time, and I can’t derive all of the information I need from your report, unfortunately!

Have you had any luck in launching yet? If not, do you have any console logs in this directory that you could upload, please?:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs

If no console logs are available, is there a darktide_launcher.log in the parent directory?

I’m responsible for feedback sorting. It’s easier to track the forums through categories, and Steam forum users are only a specific segment of users (some nice, some not so nice–here is also a specific segment, but more on why we chose that segment in bit).

Ultimately, we want feedback to be in space that is good for developers and players to use and parse through. We look at Steam regularly, but for data parsing for this beta, we are using the forums so players can leave feedback without fear of other players dogpiling on them without reason.

We will be looking at Steam forums more heavily during launch.
