In case anybody missed my edit!

EDIT: No more logs required! THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY! <3

I have passed the relevant information on to the developer handling this, and will report back as soon as I have an update.

Post

Much appreciated - thank you!

This occurs if you happen to have a “%” in your Steam account name, or if you’re matched with somebody who does. Removing the “%” should solve this.

Ahh! Would it be possible to ping me the log via Discord please? - Lev#8708

You’re running Steam as an administrator, right? Could you try relaunching the Steam client, perhaps a couple of times, I suspect you may be missing an update.

A screenshot would be great, and if you could please provide your user_settings.config file also

To locate it, the path should be similar to:
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide

Thanks!

Your PC may not be able to handle it unfortunately. What are your specifications?

Post

No worries, glad it has resolved!

I can’t view the clip unfortunately.

The credit store should work - are purchases still unavailable if you restart the game?

Also, could you please provide your console log from the session it happened?

To do so:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs

Thanks!

Unfortunately, although we have not yet announced our Minimum Requirements, I’m sad to say your laptop will not be able to run Darktide.
