Are your drivers up-to-date?

This is GPU-related. Try reinstalling your drivers to start with.

Do you have a dedicated NVIDIA or AMD GPU? As the Intel(R) UHD Graphics is being detected at current.

We’ve had a lot of installation errors, which we believe are now resolved. Could you try restarting Steam please?
