‘UI Improvements’ has been desanctioned due to a crash that was occurring on opening chests - it’ll be re-sanctioned once the mod author has updated it.

As for being able to use the “normal” launcher, I’ve queried this with the developer that handles anything launcher-related and will report back to you. I appreciate using the workaround isn’t an ideal long-term solution.

Hm, they are still GPU errors

To check, have you disabled overlocks (if any)?
Changed your DirectX version?

This crash report doesn’t appear to be GPU-related, but unfortunately doesn’t provide much information of use to go on :frowning:

I can only really suggest you run through all of our general crash solutions, so we can exhaust the ‘go to’ options:

If this is still occurring for you, it’s possible that the mods may need to be unsubscribed via the Steam Workshop.

There was a delay on PlayStation’s end but the cosmetics should now be available to purchase, could you have another look?

The ‘Launcher Workaround’ has been updated! You should no longer experience this issue.

We hiccupped, any duplicates will be removed soon!

I believe I responded to your query via the Steam Discussions, but I’ll paste my response here too!:

Thank you! Could you try logging in now, see if it works?

This is odd, I recall a while back there was an issue where sometimes the redirection to the purchase page would be delayed, sometimes popping up 10 minutes later whilst in a map! Have you experienced anything like that?

The two crash reports above indicate a GPU-related issue. Please try running through the possible solutions here:

Ahh, so tt appears your account had become corrupted in the backend, but one of our Backend Engineers has taken a look at this for you and the issue should now be resolved. Could you try again?

We recently had to revert an update. Could you close down Vermintide 2 and Steam and then re-launch?

Comment

With our upcoming PC update today, it’s likely that some mods will encounter issues in the short term and may require updating by the mod creators. So, once the update is live I would strongly recommend keeping mods disabled and to try re-enabling them once they’re proven without issue or have been updated by the mod creators.

As for the new crash report, the error indicates a GPU-related issue. Try running through the solutions here:

Please ask him to send the crash report produced to you. If you could paste it here, that would be super.

Heroes!

Not long ago we put live Patch 4.4.2 featuring Grudge Marks and the temporary seasonal event Geheimnisnacht.

Regrettably, we have had had to roll back the game version to 4.4.1 temporarily due to a critical issue found in the update. The issue has been fixed internally and the patch is being created now. We are expecting this to be completed and re-deployed at around 6pm CEST. We will keep you apprised in this thread of any updates or deviations from this estimation.

  • Players who have made any premium cosmetic purchases whilst Patch 4.4.2 was live will not lose those purchases. Whilst you will not see them until we re-release the update, they will appear as normal once 4.4.2 is re-deployed.

  • Players who have earned an...

Hm, that’s a mixed bag of errors. The very last crash report is a known issue and we’ve yet to fix it, but we’re working on it.

As for the others, it’s possible a mod could be the cause. Could you try disabling any mods and see if the crashes persist? If not, it may require re-enabling your mods one-by-one to determine the culprit.
