Sorry about that! So we can take a look at this, could you please provide your console log from the session this happened?

To do so:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs
4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
5. Upload* the appropriate console log to us

So, one of those crashes is on us. It’s an error that’s on our radar and we’ve yet to resolve it. We’re on it!

The other crash instances appear to be being caused by the Crosshair Kill Confirmation mod. Can you try disabling this and see if stability improves?

Seems you’re running into a non-descript Access Violation crash. They can occur for numerous reasons and it’s usually a process of elimination to determine the cause.

Firstly, (if you haven’t already) I recommend trying Verify Integrity of Game Files:

Hi @Featherstomp, unfortunately we’re experiencing technical issues with our crash reporting tools, so I’m unable to dig deeply into this right now - I will as soon as possible!

In the meantime, based on the crash occuring while loading the game…

Are any specific errors being shown to you on-screen?

Are you able to launch in ‘Modded’ realm at all?

No ETA at present as we don’t want to overpromise, but I can guarantee I’ll post something to keep everyone in the loop as soon as I’m greenlit to do so.

It appears your installation is incomplete and missing a bundle file. Can you try verifying integrity of game files?

That’s really odd, it looks like you’re actually missing the directory, so no wonder you’re confused!
