New classes are 100% confirmed, and we’re 100% confirmed to get at least one of them before the end of 2020, and two if we’re extremely lucky.

Looks like a potentially incomplete installation, please Verify Integrity of Game Files using the instructions below, and see if the issue persists:

1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
2. Select ‘Properties’
3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button. This may take several minutes
5. When complete, close and reopen Steam
6. Launch Vermintide 2

They are be “prestige” levels so to speak, as you describe, above 35. Drop me a DM with your PSN ID and I’ll have a nose

Could you upload the associated console log, please?

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs

Our service provider was particularly unstable over the weekend. Because of that, it’s hard to know whether your issues are the result of that or if something else is at play. Would recommend that you continue to monitor it over the next couple of weeks.

I believe they have to be posted on reddit to count (as it’s the platform for the contest and is being arranged by the team there). People are free to use throwaway accounts, and I don’t think you need an email to make a reddit account.

Hm, it’s odd that you would encounter this particular crash on attempting to connect to others.

Could you try lowering your ‘Worker Thread’ count within the launcher’s ‘Settings’ menu down to 6?

Did you contact your ISP, and if so, what did they say?

Ah yeah, something about using that mods while also using the ‘use small networks packets’ vermintide setting option caused issues.

Another thing, are you guys using the mod, “player list plus”? It can cause a lot of the issues you’re describing. Low ping but extremely laggy, mobs hitting through block, desyncing, etc.

It’s impossible for us to diagnose the root cause, but all the provided evidence is pointing towards the routing between you and your friend being faulty somehow. Contacting your ISP about this issue might help provide an avenue for identifying the faulty element. Beyond this advice, it doesn’t look like there is anything more we can do to help unfortunately. Apologies.

I believe they’ll come with S3 at a new lower price.
