Could you try one more solution for me - a Selective Startup, if you haven’t already:

1. Press the Windows key
2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
5. Reboot your PC
6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal, and attempt to replicate the issue

If the above is unsuccessful, I will then escalate this to our Network Engineer. It would help us out if you could include your most recent console logs, which can be located using the instructions below:

1. Press the Windows key + R
2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs

Ok so, you don’t need to worry about the eac_launcher executable. Let’s take that out of the equation and ignore any errors produced by that.

Let’s start clean by:

1. Remove the ‘Certificates’ directory located here:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\EasyAntiCheat
2. Then, proceed to repair Easy Anti-Cheat using the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable located here:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat
3. Verify integrity via Steam

Then, please launch Vermintide 2 and screenshot any errors displayed.

This appears to be caused by one of your UI mods.

Just a quick note to say that the Collector’s Edition OST finally saw updates today, and now includes the themes for Winds of Magic and A Quiet Drink. We will release the Drachenfels OST when Chapter 3 launches later this month!
