You should carry over a portion of your Pilgrim's Coins, however a bug has been introduced which is sometimes resulting in a loss of all Pilgrim's Coins :( We're currently investigating - sorry about this!

Sorry about this. It appears our backend experienced a rough patch around the time of your post, with a particularly high volume of error spikes. This may have been a contributing factor to the instability. One of our Backend Engineers is investigating.
Hey man last night in Chaos Wastes I picked a Nat Bond at a Shrine of Restoration and received the HP regen half of the perk but didn't receive the healing-items-become-temp-HP part.
The health pot I had going into that shrine still healed me as normal in the following level.
Seemed like a bug, but where would that be reported other than here?
