We’re currently looking into similar connectivity error reports (primarily SSL and Lost Connection to Host errors). We haven’t uncovered any issues our side yet, but this is still very much under investigation.

It’s a shot in the dark, but in case of a local data issue, you could try a clean re-installation:

Thanks all. I’ve passed the additional logs on to the development team and we’re still investigating.

If anyone else experiences similar connectivity errors, then please keep the console logs coming as these are greatly helpful for us to look at. Thank you in advance!

What FatsharkLev meant is that you need to find the Warrior Priest bundle (which ONLY contains the base career and the cosmetic bits) and purchase that, if you can.

However, if you cannot see the Warrior Priest bundle, then it is possible that this is caused by the current sale and your local currency. There is an issue caused by Steam, whereas the price of a bundle can get too low for some currencies/regional prices when on sale and Steam itself prevents the bundle from being purchaseable.

I’m afraid that if the bundle flat out does not show up for you, you’ll have to wait until the sale is over to be able to purchase it.

Can you please try purchasing it via the bundle as mentioned above. If this doesn’t work still, then there may be a Steam price threshold issue that we’ll need to look at. Please let me know :slight_smile:

Hi @Asarin,

Sorry for the delayed reply! As you don’t have an issue using a mobile data connection, it indicates it’s a network/router issue. As Julia mentioned before, it’s possible that the routing between your friend is incompatible. In this situation, I would recommend contacting your ISP and explaining the situation as they would be better suited to help.

We’re aware of and investigating an issue causing the Daily Reward to sometimes be unable to claim and endlessly load.

We’ve identified that the issue occurs when the calendar changes from Day 8 back to Day 1, and we believe that only the Day 1 reward should be affected.

Please skip Day 1 (wait 24 hours) for now whilst we iron this out.
