I’ve added this crash to our database for investigation - we’re on it!

Apologies for the inconvenience.

There is a known issue with cosmetics randomly disappearing, and subsequently re-appearing for some players. We implemented a fix but it wasn’t robust enough - so we’re looking into it again.

Please be assured that your cosmetics haven’t been deleted. We’re working on it, and this will hopefully be resolved in one of our upcoming patches soon.

Hi, as I mentioned over DM, I’ve been looking into this. This ban was a bit heavy-handed, so will be overturned by the end of the day today.

Usually these errors resolve after a reinstallation! So this is particularly unfortunate - have you had any problems with your PS5’s drive?

Could you try the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ option, if you haven’t already?

1. Right-click Vermintide 2 in your Steam library sidebar
2. Select ‘Properties’
3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
4. Select the ‘Verify Integrity of Game Files’ button
5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

Please see if the recommendations above can be of any help. Note that ‘Small Network Packets’ cannot be used in combination with the ‘Player List Plus’ mod.

Sorry for the delay on this @Asarin. This occurs when the routing between two people is incompatible. Are you able to connect to a mobile data hotspot - only for a short period - to see if the same issue occurs?

The crash log is unfortunately truncated and missing the correct data. Could you share another one with us please?
