Hi Tenno! We are aware of the issue, we do not have a timeline for a fix, but we are investigating.

As some users have stated this is just an UI issue, you either received 4000 Endo or an Orokin Catalyst/Reactor Blueprint!

This is concealed by Creator Mode, check to see if you have that enabled :)

(Options -> Social -> Creator Mode)

After investigating, as far as I can tell, this works fine. The weapon is creating an entry in the relevant list, and comparing an account before/after using the Grimoire,  there is a difference of 3000 mastery for the Secondary Weapons category in the profile.  Verifying with some player accounts from this thread, the quest does increase the weapon's level automatically, but the mastery progress is credited to your account when you finish the mission.  Possible reason for your confusion: by the time you checked your profile to see if you had got progress or not, it was too late to get a "before" value because your mastery went up the 3000 points it should have in the middle of the quest.

Sorry about that - it's a new issue due to some configs but we will have it sorted out soon!

Baro Ki' Teer once again toppled our connectivity infrastructure. This is 2 visits in a row where we have had issues, which we are taking very seriously.  We are investigating again what is causing this so we can avoid such disruptions. Sit tight!
