This was accidentally disabled for the Playstation specifically. The next hotfix should resolve this!

Hi there, based on the information available it sounds like you are describing a Link, not a Merge.

Had you ever participated in a PC-to-console account migration (to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Nintendo Switch)? If so, the PC account is not eligible for Merge but can still be Linked. 

This is intended. You don't need to kill the enemies with your shotgun for this to count. Secondary weapon kills will contribute to this challenge!

I recently lowered our clan rank from Mountain to Storm to make things a bit easier for our smaller, active group during the operation. Then I noticed a hiccup, though—our curse counter for one of the curses was over 10 before the rank drop, and now it's acting a bit off. I'm concerned this might mess with our chances of getting the golden trophy and the new signa.

Before I fire off a ticket, any chance you could shed some light on this? Your insights would be a big help because I can't stop thinking I shouldn't have done it.

I can't offer a concrete answer but if you do experience issues, make sure to submit a ticket!

We have identified an issue where decreasing your Clan Rank during Operation: Gargoyle’s Cry can lead to Clans being unable to progress in the event. To address this issue, we are temporarily removing the ability to decrease your Clan Rank. 

This restriction will remain until the end of the Operation, and will not impact the ability to invite new Clan members while the Operation is live or increase your Clan Rank.

Thanks all for the reports -- QA reproduced this issue and it is on our radar once again.

It is stated in the Cross Platform Save FAQ that Excalibur Prime, Skana Prime and Lato Prime will be locked to PC. As for why your Loki Prime is appearing on PS5, if you load onto a platform where Excalibur Prime cannot be accessed, the game is identifying and equipping the earliest Warframe in your collection (that wasn't sold). In this case, Loki Prime seems to be the oldest Warframe in your existing arsenal. 

Hello! I can confirm this is not a bug and is the intended outcome. Regardless of Primary Account, your username will come from the platform you're currently on. This is the case not just for Nintendo Switch, but PlayStation and Xbox as well. 

If it is not in the dojo decoration menu, it means it was already placed by a Clan member. Look for a Gargoyle head waypoint marker in your minimap, it'll take you to it.

Thanks for clarifying. It is a different situation if you are the only one in the Clan. You will only get the error message when there are other members still in the Clan. If you are the only member in the Clan you will not get the error. T...

In the situation you're describing where the secondary account is a Clan Leader, you will get an error pop-up when you try to set up Cross Platform Save. You must either make the account where you are a Founding Warlord of a Clan your Primary Account in the merge OR you must promote a new Founding Warlord in-game, then try merging again once you are no longer a Founding Warlord.
