That bug should a have been fixed with the main Koumei update on Wednesday:

Fixed animations no longer playing if players meleed while in Archwing in Open Landscapes and/or transitioned back and forth between Landscapes and Hubs.

Please let me know if you still encounter this issue.

Hello PlayStation 5, Tenno! 

There is currently a crash on PlayStation 5 caused by entering or exiting any of the Duviri Dojo Rooms (ie. Courtier's Bliss or Harbingers Pass) - while we investigate for a fix, we recommend avoiding these rooms (both in your own Dojos and Featured Dojos). 

We'll update the thread here once we have a fix and when to expect it -- thank you!

Top Fixes: 

  • Fixed matchmaking issues when attempting to start a Steel Path Shrine Defense mission from the Star Chart “Saya’s Visions” node. 
    • Due to the amount of people playing on the node, the matchmaking requests were likely to time out with people filling open slots in the squads before you. This would cause the “Unable to join” popup to occur on most attempts to start the mission. 
  • Fixed Caliban’s Lethal Progeny summons’ Damage and Health Multipliers not scaling correctly.
    • For example, with 200% Ability Strength their Damage Multiplier went from 2.5x to 4x instead of the intended 5x. 
  • Fixed Koumei’s Omikuji Decrees not applying their bonuses when playing in Sanctuary Onslaught (base and Elite) missions. 
  • Fixed Koumei’s Kumihimo threads not applying one of every Elemental Status Effect on a roll of triple sixes as intende...

The augment mods for the Higasa and the Amanata are only available to veteran players who have unlocked access to the Steel Path.

(This was mentioned in the Update Notes, but they are extremely long and dense with information.)

Only Koumei carries around a set of fate dice, so only Koumei can roll the triple-six effect.  Other warframes will instead get between 10 and 20 Charms with no chance of invulnerability. (We will add an "Altered" note to the Helminth lab clarifying this.)

Sorry to hear this Tenno. We will investigate! It would be extremely helpful if you could share logs. I understand you cannot access the game from the launcher, but you can actually tap the top left corner of the screen to "send error logs" -- there is an invisible button for just this purpose. 

Tap the top left corner, then when prompted, tap your mail app icon. Then send those logs to [email protected] -- include a one sentence message so we know it's you! Thanks so much. Could you also clarify what iOS you're running and what iPad / iPhone you use?

We're investigating an issue that has caused some players to get items they purchased before Koumei & the Five Fates launched twice after the update launched. This only impacts items that were purchased before Koumei & the Five Fates launched, new purchases made on a bound account after Koumei are unaffected. 

While we investigate for a fix, we’ve temporarily paused items that were purchased before Koumei from being sent. Once we have found a solution, we will ensure those items are properly delivered! This does not impact your ability to bind accounts.

We will update this thread to let you know when the items have been sent.
