Hey guys we do appreciate the feedback on this and understand this differ a bit from the legacy Directive based campaigns. I'm glad you feel the rewards were worthwhile and it's definitely some work to get there, but I hope overall you enjoyed it.

Where do you feel things are starting to grind with this campaigns?

French destroyer Siroco, tier V:

Torpedoes are changed:

Damage is lowered from 14 883 to 12 233;


Speed is lowered from 60 to 57 knots;


Range is lowered from 9 to 7 km;


Detectability range is lowered from 1.3 to 1.2 km;


Flooding chance is lowered from 246% to 199%.

Siroco's main strengths are, like that of researchable French destroyers, effective main caliber guns and the Main Battery Reload Booster consumable. Tests have shown that Siroco's torpedoes are too effective for the ship with such features, and thus they are replaced with weaker ones with a range closer to the destroyer's detection range.

French destroyer Mogador, tier IX:

Main caliber guns reload time is increased from 7.5 to 8 s.

I have not been out to this the National Museum of the Pacific War yet but I should be visiting in the next month or so.

As always if you can visit please do! Museums like this one help keep history fun, interesting and living in their different ways.

Hey Captains,

I am genuinely curious if this has happened to anyone? Has anyone ever not had enough credits to repair their ship?

In regards to the Salem, being a premium you should not have any issues making any credits or at least breaking even (we all have bad games). You could further buffer this gap with signal flags: +%credits and the service cost reduction flag. There are also camouflages (gamescom always comes to mind) that you can use that give you increased credit earning potential.

Hey Captains,

Interesting question regarding IFHE on the KGV. I personally do not use IFHE on a BB because with the HE shell damage and the RN fire chance you shouldn't need it. What would you be giving up to use those 4 commander skill points on the KGV? Concealment? Fire Prevention? I feel these two skills for a BB are much for important than IFHE. I guess you could do it for the "lols" but will that make your BB the most effective it can be?

This might give you enough penetration to citadel some lightly armored cruisers but is that worth the four commander skill points, when you can just switch to AP?

My recommendation: use those four commander skills points on a skill(s) that will better help your KGV survive.

It has five dynamic crosshairs, firs five of them.

We periodically add new mods to our modpack, maybe one of the updates will add that crosshair.

The game client contains only the most necessary features, if some mods will be very much in demand by a large number of players, then perhaps such a mod will be included in the game.

German aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin, tier VIII:

Torpedo damage increased from 4 533 to 5 333;


Flooding chance increased from 25% to 29%;


Bomb normalization improved by 5 degrees.

According to the analysis of statistics, the change to the Graf Zeppelin bombers in 0.8.4 was not enough to balance her against other tier VIII CVs. Changes to torpedoes will increase the total damage dealt by the CV, and the improved normalization will increase the effective armor penetration at certain angles and will slightly reduce the number of bomb armed against ship superstructures.

Sounds strange because it is the same version that I gave for test about a week ago. And almost all players said that it had reduced amount of crashes. Another part of players said that nothing changed. And it is really strange that it became worse.

We will release 3.1.8 soon and I hope it could improve situation.

Thanks for providing your experience on the GZ. We've been monitoring it's progress in the rework and adjustments are possible depending on how the overall data turns out. Also bear in mind AA changes are currently being tested on PTS and a sector AA redesign is in process.

We would love to visit Hawaii to visit the USS Missouri (BB-63) and pay our respects to the USS Arizona memorial.
