Your logs say that outdated files were found in the game client and the modpack cannot correctly recognize the client.
Please start the recovery of the client and after completion, restart the modpack.

It would be in the 27th Container if the prior 26 do not strike the Ship Group.

From the Armory:

The "unique items" in the Santa Crates are Ships. So the mercy rule means that if 27 containers do not yield a ship, the 28th will force-drop from the ship group.

If you have all the ships the containers offer (which is a LOT of ships), the ship group will instead give Steel as ships are unique and you cannot have more than 1 of a specific ship.

That really isn't the case here. The only time I've known a duplicate thread to be hidden was when it was quite literally a duplicate post (someone accidently posted twice).

We have a lot of threads which are on the same/similar topics. It's all about the OP and how people decide to engage in the discussion. It goes where it goes.

When an old thread from months ago gets bumped, it will get new eyes on the material. This is fine, but it's common for people to start replying/quoting stuff that was said at the beginning of the thread (from months ago).

A lot happens from day to day and week to week, so someone getting pinged from a conversation they participated in months ago and only half remember (if at all) is awkward.

If a player is AFK for months at a time, they can make a new thread. Or send a Direct Message. When it's a multi-page conversation, let sleeping threads lie.

The discussion has been contentious at points, but it looks like the folks participating are doing so in good faith for the most part.

If you have enough ship in your Port to be able to earn the bonus clears, you can use them to clear snowflakes off ships you don't want to play. SuperShips have a high service cost, so that can be a way to get the snowflake knocked off the ship without incurring the service cost by playing it in a match.

Can you give me approximations on what you've observed? 10% less? 20% less?

I am actively participating in this thread because I watch out for issues that Co-Op players bring up.

I'm not asking for Replays so that WarGaming can get data from them. We have mountains of data that accumulates through people playing the game.

I need the Replays so I, personally, can understand the direct issue that's being voiced here.

Relaying that people don't like X doesn't get it fixed, it only lets us know that there are people that dislike something. If I have a solid grasp of exactly what is going wrong, or is being perceived as wrong, then I can make a case for why action is needed.

Think of it like providing evidence to a lawyer so that they can go to trial on your behalf. If the lawyer doesn't have direct evidence to show, than that's a problem. Further, if the lawyer is moderately familiar with the issue but can't go into specifics then nothing moves anywhere. ...

Your first match wasn't a "fail", you both got over 300 Base XP and a Victory which are both victory conditions. The Snowflake was cleared as a result.

"festive bonus icon by the missions" meaning in the post-game result screen? You have no mention of the Steel being earned after the first battle you played on the Mogador which was a Victory?

Your first battle was a Victory, so the Snowflake was consumed.

You cannot earn Bonus Clears on a ship that has no active Snowflake, so the second Victory was just a normal, snowflake-less Victory.

This change was announced nearly a month ago (https://worldofwarships.com/en/news/general-news/bulletin-01111/) and was tested through two rounds on the PTS.

The outcry in this thread is from several players while we have thousands of players logging in each day. I'm listening to the concern that's being voiced, but this voice is not resounding from everywhere.

When concerns like this come up, I have to ask the players directly what the issue is. Then I need something to show internally the represents that direct concern, which is why I asked for Replays. If I get enough Replays with an identifiable pattern, then I can make a case for why a section of our players are frustrated and to see if it's something we can address.
