Captains can be retrained with Elite Commander XP. The best way to accrue that is through having a 21 point Commander as the Commander XP earned is converted to Elite Commander XP that can be used for retraining or other Commanders. This is the Free-to-Play method of addressing build changes.

Also, you can have multiple commanders trained to a single ship if you enjoy multiple playstyles and play the ship quite a lot.

We do occasionally offer free Respec opportunities when large changes occur. These tend to be announced in advance so people can plan for them and alter many commanders at once for free.

If whatever is happening cannot be resolved, I believe they should be able to take payment and apply the coupon directly from their end.

Hmm interesting suggestion! I FXP'ed the line up to the Amagi so I could use the GvK skin that I got, but it would be worth it to go back and experience the line from the beginning I think!

You can have multiple copies of her as a Commander, similar to having multiple Dasha commanders. The voiceover will be attached to each of them and also unlock as an option in your Sound Settings as long as you have at least one Statue of Liberty commander <3
