We have spent a lot of time and effort working hand-in-hand with CS to make sure that problems are addressed and can be believed in by players. We might be able to make an article, devblog, or video about it someday, but that's not in the cards right now. However, I can assure you that CS does matter and making a Customer Support Ticket absolutely matters. Customer Support is the process for dealing with behavioral issues in our game.
