We tried to get an emblem that looked like the Chiefs anchors but when you downsize it, it just looked like a blob... much like the insignia on the color currently... In the end I was okay with this (even though I have standards so I'd never be an officer )

Thats so odd... could you and @Edgecase please make sure you're putting CS tickets in with WGCheck reports and replays attached!?
I didn't know this is an issue but make sure you are dropping as much data as you can with replays and such!

As everyone is stating above and as I stated in your 3 other bug report posts.
Firstly, if you are looking to post a bug, you need to post evidence, send evidence in a CS report or PM it to me so I can see what you are talking about.
In this specific case, if you have WON and met the XP requirement, its easy, take a screenshot of you showing the win with the XP requirement and then the mission not being completed.
I tried to replicate this yesterday and again today (as I did with all the bugs you are saying exist) and did not have the problems you are saying exists, nor are the players that are commenting on this topic. The mission is not bugged as far as we can see.
HOWEVER, if you have evidence with screenshots then please present them. So we can figure out what this is. Just posting repeatedly that something is a bug without any evidence or a proper description etc does not necessarily explain the issue.

I would say please remove any mods you might have and then try to reproduce this, when you are able, please run a WGCheck after the match and attach it with the replay and submit a CS ticket.
Is this on a specific ship? You said you also do not have traditional key bindings, what do you mean by that specifically? The reason I suggest what I have is that I have not had this happen nor have I seen other reports of this since the OP. We definitely need as much data as possible however, to hopefully fix this if it is because of the key bindings maybe.
