Just recently got the game on steam and I've been experiencing perma freezes (Guess you could call it a crash) with the log constantly saying "UplayGameConnectionHandler.cpp (384) Game with process id 2016 connected (API version: 2.8.0)." and "UplayGameConnectionHandler.cpp (334) Game with process id 2016 disconnected." over and over. My guess this has something to do potentially with my internet? I am not entirely sure. I hope there are others out there having similar issues that can lend a hand with some help or shed light on the situation!

For crashing issues such as this the first thing I recommend would be verifying your game files. You can also try the other PC troubleshooting that we have listed here. If you are still receiving this same crash and error message, you'll need to contact our dedicated support team for further assistance with some more technically advanced troubleshooting. They will want to see your MSInfo and DxDiag files, so be sure you save those and have them ready to send!

Understood @XNightressaX and I'm sorry that didn't help.

The support team will need to help with the more advanced troubleshooting still but if those files were generated after running through the troubleshooting provided above, it does look like you still have quite a few background applications running. I'd make sure you have those (especially from other games) and any overlays disabled to see if there's any change in behavior.
