I discovered this cave, found a door needing a key, the key icon shows in Odin's Sight, but the key is not there. Standing in/around the boxes where the icon is and the key is supposed to be doesn't provide an opportunity to pick up a key at all. No destructible boxes there either.
Unrelated, I see a few posts about not getting the tablet but I did without trouble. Maybe the key will appear properly on reload?

A similar issue has been passed onto the team already however this is when players don't own the Season Pass, which you do appear to own.
Could you please provide some screenshots or a clip of this in-game so we can pass it on?
As if this is impacting genuine Season Pass owners too, the team need to be aware.

To my knowledge, that key should only appear when taking part in "The Legend of Beowulf" questline, as it grants access to an area that cannot be accessed prior to the story. Can you let me know if you've completed these quests?
If you have completed "The Legend of Beowulf" questline already, can you please send us another video which shows these in your completed quest log?
