I am unsure if this is Valhalla or just Ubisoft Connect in General as this is the only game I have played on Ubisoft as of late. As stated though I keep getting a controller disconnected message top right then a reconnect which is annoying as every time it freezes my controls for a second. The strangest part to all of this I do not even have a controller connected I use mouse and keyboard. Sometimes restarting my PC helps fix this for a little while then after a while it comes back again. I just want this to end it is so very annoying.

Hello @LewdPickleBoy

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving this message.

Can you please confirm if you installed any controller in the past? If so, can you please confirm which controller previously did you connect to your PC?

Secondly, can you please verify your game files with this link? This will help you to eliminate any potentially corrupted files that can lead to this specific issue.

Many thanks and if you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Hey @LewdPickleBoy, thanks for your response!

This is rather an odd one, as there is a known issue regarding controller disconnecting (Xbox One included) on PC, however in your instance you do not have one connected in the first place.

Just to double-check, is your OS fully up to date? Also, as far as the notification itself goes, is it something that is generated by Ubisoft Connect client overlay? If it is, did you possibly try disabling notifications via client settings?

Let us know and we will take it from there!

Hey @lewdpickleboy

If it's on the overlay, you could try disabling the overlay just so it isn't popping up for you all the time as a workaround. I understand it's not the most ideal situation but you can do this in the Ubisoft Connect settings if you wish.

I would also suggest if you have any other USB devices plugged in to the computer that you don't need to be plugged in, try removing them. Or just swapping the USB ports around for the things that you do need connected.
