Hey guys, so I bought AC Valhalla about 2 weeks ago and have tried to download the game on my PC. It downloads fine up until exactly 74.81 GB and it stops every time. I have tried practically everything that I can think of in order to fix this issue. It stops at the point where it says the game is playable before the full download is finished so my only remaining assumption is that there is something corrupted with the executable file to play the game. I bought it through Ubisoft Connect, and I've tried downloading it on different drives, different computers onto an external hard drive, flushing my DNS, running as administrator, downloading it wirelessly and wired, I am have contacted Ubisoft Support multiple times and nothing that has been suggested has worked so far. I have been looking online too and it doesn't seem like anyone else has been having this problem so I am so lost on why I can't finish downloading the game and really need help.

Hey @mattj402, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with installing Valhalla and I would like to look into this further! Just to confirm, were you able to complete the troubleshooting steps that we provided to you most recently via support case? If not, please take the time to check and make sure that everything has been completed successfully. Once they are done, please be sure to manually clear your Ubisoft Connect cache. Next, please check and make sure that you have Ubisoft Connect installed on the same drive as your OS. After that is confirmed, please run Ubisoft Connect as an admin then try to install Valhalla again (make sure you install on the same drive as UC and your OS).🐙

@Simplethumb If you don't have the game and the client installed on the same drive, it could cause an issue. Such issues could be attributed to the speed of data transference or the game having issues accessing client files from drive to drive. While it is not forced (as I can understand it may not be a possibility for everyone to install everything to C specifically), it is recommended for the troubleshooting process. 😊

@mattj402 sorry to hear about this issue persisting with your download! To get a better look into what may be causing this on your system could you please create a support ticket on our Help website and attach a system file from your PC called the DxDiag?
