I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue where it's not tracking all artifacts collected. Would you be able to provide some screenshots from within the game showing the issue and that you actually have 10 please?

I am sorry to read that you cannot loot key items! This is a known issue that is currently under investigation by our development team.
Could you please try to reset the skill "Light-Fingered" and see whether it works then? This is a workaround that has helped other players.
