Title. I've completed all dwarf in distress missions, and got their rewards at the camps. But the final Outriders, the ones carrying the Armor, do not spawn. The icon does not spawn, and a cursory once over of the area could not find them.
I play on the Xbox one Restarting the console doesn't help, neither does reloading the save. It is just...stuck.

Sorry you're having some trouble with those Outriders appearing for you.
I would definitely advise looking over the area a little more closely, specifically Svaladal and Vangrinn.
If you still can't find them, definitely let me know. I'm more than happy to help, I just don't want to risk spoiling anything for you if they're just being missed.

We've received reports of players who do not see Suttungr's Outriders on the map since update 1.5.1.
The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it.
Restarting the game resolved this issue for the player who reported it, but since you already tried to reinstall the game, I assume it did not work for you.
Our teams would like to use details from your progress on Assassin's Creed: Valhalla to continue looking into the issue. Please make sure that your latest save has been added to the Cloud (it will have a cloud icon next to it). This step will allow us to use your save files for the investigation.
Could you also send us a video of this issue, please? You may upload it to any hosting of your choice and the link can be shared with us on this thread.
