First, let's start with what the challenge is

I contacted customer service and did all they asked me to do.
- Run Ubisoft connect in administrator mode
- Check network setting
- Update my router's firmware
- Restart my router
- Disable all my firewall and anti-virus systems
- Call my internet provider and check whether the connection to Ubisoft was blocked or not
- Set up local DNS and host again.
- Update my Windows to the latest version
- Uninstall Ubisoft Connect
- Reinstall Ubisoft connect
- Set the game install location and cache locations of the games as recommended
- Uninstall and reinstall AC valhalla
- Check game's integrity
- Show us you have not made up that screenshot and really achieved it by yourself
