as the title says :
The Berserker Thematic Pack is supposed to include its tattoos as written in the description :
Helix Store > Exclusive Offers > Theme Packs > Berserker Theme Pack
Written statement that this Pack includes a full tattoo set :

All other Theme Packs have their Tattoos Set visible, but not the Berseker Theme Pack.
Seems that everybody (me included) who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition never recieved the tattoo set (unless specifcally asking for it and managed by a support member{
} )
