. I can' t start two missions in Asgard.

Greetings to the forums @jablmiko! I'm sorry to hear that you are running into this issue with two of the missions in Asgard. Can you confirm the name of the two missions that you are having trouble with and a video clip of the behavior you are seeing when trying to start the missions?

@jablmiko Thanks for sharing this! For both mystery quests, what is happening when you are in the location of the quest? Does any dialogue trigger for you, or are you able to follow the deer, for example, in the "Noble Heart" quest? Also, have you tried verifying your game files to see if you continue to have the same results when trying to complete both quests? Any video clips you can provide of what is happening when trying to complete both the "Noble Heart" and Hel's Well is greatly appreciated!

Hey there.

Thanks for providing those for us.

Are you playing with the latest version of the game? These were known issues but they were resolved quite some time ago it seems and we have not received many reports of them still occurring. It's possible though the issues could have returned.

Can I also ask you to ensure your latest save where this is occurring to the cloud? We'd like to attach your save along with the videos you've provided to the team. Once you've confirmed this for us we'll send this on to them.

Thank you for sharing and I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to upload save to the cloud. Can you please make sure that you start your game as administrator with this link? This should help you to get the permissions required to send your progress to the cloud.

Hello there @jablmiko!

I apologise for any confusion that may have been caused. Your save should automatically be uploaded to the Cloud every time it's updated. You can learn more about uploading your save to the Cloud in this support article.

I've forwarded both of your reports with "Hel's Well" and "Noble Harts" to the dedicated teams so they can take a closer look at this. If we require any additional information from you regarding your experiences, we'll reach out within this thread.
