@nozgame Hey there! Thank you so much for reaching out about this issue! I appreciate the screenshot you grabbed as well. Let's try verifying your game files first, as these can clear corrupted game files that might be messing with the game as it runs. If verifying doesn't seem to help, however, would you grab a video clip of this for me as well?

Do you happen to have a save game from before you completed the White Lady of Tamworth mystery? If at all possible I'd like to see if reloading that save, completing that mystery, and coming back to the location later allows you to enter the fortress. If the issue persists or you aren't able to try that, just let me know.
