There seems to be some kind of bug with the mission in Cent involving the child who needs you to collect honey from his bees. I had the conversation with him but this does not trigger the rest of the mission. I have tried reloading the game/turning off and reopening the game/turning off the PS4. Please let me know if you can identify the issue and find a solution.

We ask that those affected by the issue create a new ticket and attach a copy of their save game files to it for review. The issue with the Winifred mystery was understood to be resolved back in TU 1.3.0.

If you're encountering a similar issue in-game now, could you please capture some screenshots or a clip demonstrating the issue so we can take a look and pass it onto the team?

If you could also please ensure you have uploaded your save to the cloud.

Sorry to hear that you are unable to place the honeycomb on the rock.

Would you be able to record the video footage showing the issue and displaying that you are on the latest version of the game? As soon as we receive it, we can check with the development team if the investigation can be reopened. You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube and the link can be shared with us on this thread. Your current game version can be located in the lower right-hand corner of the main menu. 

Please also make sure that your latest saves are uploaded to the cloud.
