when ever i try to open the game i get the issue `Unable to start the game. Please check that your game has been installed correctly`

note the other games works fine





I also did verify game files manually and didn't work

Hey @neroli2015

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to launch the game. It's odd that there is no .exe file at all for you to run.

I would suggest to just delete all the files and select a new download location and try downloading and installing the game again in this case.

If you can also try to do this to a new drive, that would be something else to try, but if not, just try creating a new folder at least.

Sorry to hear you are unable to start the game in Ubisoft Connect due to the error "Unable to start game".

If I understand you correctly the issue occurs only in "Watch Dogs Legion" and you can still launch other games from your Ubisoft Connect Library?

We recommend trying the following:
• Restart Ubisoft Connect. 
• Verify your game files. (Note that during the file verification Ubisoft Connect might trigger an update. If this is the case, please cancel the update.)
• Press on the Update button once the verification is done.
If this does not help, please perform a clean installation of Ubisoft Connect.

If the issue persists after following the steps above, do not hesitate to contact us again!

Hey @neroli2015 thanks for updating us, and I'm sorry to see you're still having this trouble, even after all of your adventures in real life! To clarify, do you have the game installed on the same drive as Ubisoft Connect? If not, I do recommend you try this. Also, both programs should be installed together on the same drive that Windows (operating system) is installed on as this is the most ideal computing environment for the game.
