I only got the season pass recently after playing many hours on the standard edition...can I still play the Legend of Beowulf? I've seen the guides online but I can't access the letter from Sunniva

@zardozpt I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to access the 'Legend of Beowulf' quest. I can confirm that this issue has been reported and the development team are currently investigating.

Could you please provide a video. In the video can you go to Eivor's room and open the letter box to show that the letter is not available. Can you then go to your quest log screen to show any active quests that you may have. Finally can you go to your completed quests screen and slowly scroll down to the bottom of list to show that you have not yet completed the quest.

We've had several players report that this allowed them to access their additional content quests again successfully:

  • Can you please let us know if you have the Ubisoft Connect overlay enabled or disabled? If you have disabled it, please can you try enabling it again? Once it's been enabled, please access the overlay in-game via the main game menu to see if this triggers the quests to reappear in-game for you.
  • If you play in online mode, please can you switch to offline mode to see if this triggers the quests to appear in-game for you.


If you're still unable to start the quests after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to share an update within this thread so we can investigate further.

Thanks for clarifying that you're unable to disable to Ubisoft Connect overlay on your platform, @TheKuzooGuy420. You should still be able to access the Ubisoft Connect overlay on Xbox. You can do this by going to your main in-game menu and then selecting "Ubisoft Connect." Could you please try opening up the Ubisoft Connect overlay to see if this causes the quests to trigger?

Can you also try playing in offline mode to see if this will trigger the quests for you? You should be able to do this by disconnecting from the internet on Xbox.

@thekuzooguy420 Hi there! Have you made sure your game is fully updated?

And in your second post, are you referring to the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion? If so, this expansion will not be included in the Season Pass. You can read more about the Dawn of Ragnarok here!
