I'm not sure if I understood it correctly (so please correct me if I'm wrong) - can you please confirm if you were actually able to purchase the same axe twice from Reda's shop and if it's still available for you to purchase? If that's the case, can I kindly ask you to provide us with a few screenshots showing your inventory, duplicated items, and Reda's shop items available? It'll help us to investigate it further for you.

Sorry to hear your axe keeps disappearing from your inventory. Does it only happen to Dwarven Axe or other items from the in-game store as well? Did you previously purchase it from Reda using opals, or from the store with Helix credits?
If you remember when you bought the axe previously, please let us know, so that we can check in our system, thanks!

Is this happening with any other weapons? Do you remember when you bought the axe?

If you're willing to, please provide us with a short video clip of you purchasing the axe again, and then showing the weapon missing from your inventory. (Please upload it to YouTube as an unlisted or public video, and then leave the link here.) Also, can you let us know which game edition (Standard / Gold / Ultimate) you own, and whether it's a digital or physical copy? Lastly, if you can provide us with a screenshot from your main menu showing the patch version, that would be super helpful as well!
