I have completed both the dawn of ragnarok dlc including all areas of Svartelheim, and the second Mastery Challenges dlc with getting gold in all challenges. In both cases, neither has registered for my achievements to pop on Xbox, and Ubisoft connect is showing the core challenges as incomplete.
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to resolve it?

I'm sorry to here your achievements never unlocked. Can I just check if you were connect online at the time whilst completing or had you noticed any Ubisoft server connection errors at the time?

What is the name of the other achievement you mentioned that would also not unlock?

@fcgcell1984 Hey there! For the “Over the Hills…” achievement, can you check that you collected all the Wealth and Artifacts, and completed all the Mysteries? You might want to google the achievement because I believe you can find various guides that will walk you through how to unlock this. For example, apparently, you need to collect the Books of Knowledge as well which are hidden behind puzzles. For the “Ashes of Svartalfheim” achievement, please grab us an image from your game that shows you completed the three main territories. It would help if you could also get an image showing that the final mission "The Reckoning" was completed in your quest log.
