Le jeu plante au chargement des extension retour Windows a chaque fois, j'ai mis a jour Windows, pilote carte graphique, et j'ai vérifié les fichier de jeu et y'a pas d'erreur donc je suis bloqué je comprend pas.

Hello @falconeye54, I am sorry to hear of the crash you are experiencing when trying to load the game.
In order to try and resolve this issue or narrow down a few possible things that may be causing it, could you please follow each step you have yet to try in our tech troubleshooting guide?

@falconeye54 Thank you for letting me know. Another thing to check for when you're having these crashes on launch is to make sure that your game and the Ubisoft connect launcher are installed on the same drive, preferably the hard drive.
In addition, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect launcher. If after you've gone through the steps, you're still having issues launching your game, please reach out to us via one of the methods below with copies of your MSINFO and DXDiag. If you're contacting us through Twitter or Facebook, make sure to also include your Ubisoft username and email address, so that we can ensure we're looking at the correct account.
