Thanks for reporting this. It doesn't look like this is something we're aware of. Could you just let me know if the issue remains no matter what other things you have equipped with it, just so we can see if it's related to anything else specifically?

Just so I can add it to the report, are you able to test on a previous save before this started happening just to see if it's also happening on that save now?

The team was able to confirm the workaround and I've added where it keeps you from using any of the other adrenaline skills to the report as well.

The current workaround is to remove and re-equip your weapon. This should bypass the issue, remove the glow, and allow you to use your adrenaline abilities again. The issue itself should be resolved with a future update, keep an eye out for the patch notes, as we release them for updates on this.
