Hi @Fortune-Red I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to try the workaround suggested previously.

I can confirm that this issue happened with update 1.5.0.1. The issue has since been fixed and should no longer occur.

I suspect this issue had occurred previously when you last played the game. The fix prevented this issue from occurring again and any players who had purchased any weapons or gear were refunded 1 rune per type that was lost or sold, unless already present in their inventory.

I am not able to answer all of your questions, but I will answer what I can @Fortune-Red!

You would have been refunded at least one of each type of rune that was lost while equipped to an item.

The rune refund was automatic, and has already happened. The runes that you have in your inventory currently already include what may have been refunded to you when the refund occurred.

The support team is not able to answer any specific questions aboutt what was added to your inventory as part of the refund process.

It looks like the exact wording we received regarding the refunded runes was "players who have purchased any weapons or gear were refunded 1 rune per type that was lost or sold- unless already present in their inventory."

Hopefully that clears it up, and if you have any other questions then please let us know!

At the very least, we've been able to pass on your feedback about this resolution, so we'll be able to keep your comments about this in mind if we are ever in a similar situation in the future.
