When I try to enter the game, it crashes without the splash screen, without any error code

I cannot enter the game

I don't use any antivirus.I verify files on ubisoft connect, ı delete and re download game but ı cannot open

My PC;

3500X
24GB Ram
Rtx 2060
Win 11

I've taken note of your report, and I'm sorry to hear that a launch Issue prevents you from enjoying Assassin's Creed: Valhalla on PC !

In adition to the steps already performed on your end, I invite you to check out our dedicated PC troubleshooting guide.

It helps solve most of the Issues encountered on that platform, with steps such as checking background apps for possible software conflicts, or updating the GPU driver.

@NightWish36 Sorry that those steps didn't help! We aren't able to delete your cloud saves on our end, but you should be able to delete cloud saves in your game, or disable cloud sync in the Ubisoft Connect launcher. May I ask why you're wanting to delete your cloud saves though? As I wouldn't suggest doing this since it could cause issues with your game progression.
