I am unable to meditate. The option is not greyed out, but when I select it nothing happens. I'm now on the mission Of Blood and Gods and this has turned into a gamebreaking bug.
I have tried loading old saves and uninstalling/reinstalling the game. I have 100 hours on my save file, so I hope starting over isn't the only option, especially since others seem to have the same issue.
Hi everyone! I hope you all are having a good day and I am very sorry for the time taken to get to this thread! However, thank you all for your patience. I appreciate the updates and workarounds provided, as it is always great to see the player community helping each other out. 
The Game team has been looking into this issue of not being able to mediate. As CodeNinjaX mentioned, a workaround is to completely exit out of your game, restart the console, and re-launch the game. For Xbox users you may need to look up how to exit the Quick Resume feature, and PS5 users the same for the Switcher feature.
However, if you are still unable to meditate, can you let me know which platform you are playing on?

Can you please verify your game files with this link? Secondly, can you please reinstall your game? These steps will help you to eliminate any potentially corrupted files that can lead to this issue.
