I have contacted Ubisoft a number of times with no results. After I completed the first river raid, there is no speech icon above Vagh and no way to communicate with him. My Xbox X is set to auto update for games and the system. My main screen shows 1.4.0 notes info but my version shows Also, while trying to see Reda's shop, I get error code 0X20000005. For the last 2 weeks I was able to see the shop twice. I am connected and no internet issues.

Well, hours after I posted this issue, I was able to talk to Vagh, Reda and I discovered that there were a few others that had the same issue that I can now talk to. This was the first time I was able to do the river raids after the first time. Very unstable to say the least.

I can confirm that issue where players were unable to speak with Vagn blocking progression has been resolved and I am glad to hear you were able to do the river raids and finally talk with Vagn.

Speaking about the error 0X20000005 when is trying to access Reda's shop, it is highly likely a connectivity issue, therefore I would kindly ask you to perform the basic troubleshooting steps provided in this FAQ.

Error codes can appear in the game for a number of reasons, sometimes the error code that appears when speaking to Reda can happen if you already own a certain item you are trying to select, if there is a maintenance on the server, (such as today between 1-4pm GMT), or they can occur if you are using a wireless connection and using quick resume on Xbox, sometimes the connection can drop out and you will see an error code.

We found that using a wired connection and not using a quick resume, would stop the error code from appearing when accessing Reda's shop.

@guest-wehzupfb I'm sorry to hear that's not a possibility for you.

Sometimes connectivity issues can occur due to an account issue. Can you reset your Ubisoft account password and unlink and relink your console account?
