Hi

I purchased Valhalla September 19th.
Since then I have replaced the harddrive with a new SSD.
I have cleaned the console (including adding new thermal paste).
I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps listed in the article you have linked to in other replies.
I can confirm I didn't receive any CE errors.
The console is overheating whenever Layla screams: "What the h... was that" as Eivor planted the axe into the head of the wolf.

My console is a PS4 Pro 7000-series.
Based on the previous answers in this thread I don't have many hopes you have come up with a solution to this problem. But I wouldn't mind being suprised.

(btw: I used to build PC for a living in my early adulthood. Just saying in case you think I botched the cleaning and replacing of thermal paste)

@bondeondet Hey there! Thanks for the update. We've heard back from the team and they are saying this is not a game-specific issue. I get this isn't the answer you were looking for, and I'm sorry. This could be happening because the PS4 is an older console now, and the game is pretty resource heavy. I'd suggest that you go through our troubleshooting steps here if you haven't yet. I'd also suggest checking all of the vents around your PS4 as I know they can get dusty pretty quickly, and if that's the case, it would definitely cause the console to overheat. If you feel so inclined, you can also google how to actually get the fans inside clean as well.
