To Ubi and fellow gamers,
I just finished Odyssey on my One S late last year and now have shifted into AC Valhalla on my Series X. I started playing the game and it ran rather smoothly then I started getting consistent Online Connection errors. It wouldn't let me play at first, then it wouldn't let me view/post photos and today when I went to Reda I couldn't pick a mission or check his store. Also I am sitting on 1200 Helix (left over from the 300 for the Ult edition and a 4300 Helix bundle) and the Animus store says I have 0 and can't select any gear. My NAT is open, router is 10ft from the XSX, static ip and ports open. I have restarted the game, restarted the console multiple times too. I am adding some photos of the errors to this. I will be home soon so I will try and access Reda's store again, it's been 6 hours since I last tried to access it and ran into the error. Please help Ubi.
***EDIT*** Just tried logging in again and my Helix credits are back but ingame talking to Reda, looking at the store and accepting quests is still buggy. I had to restart once and fast travel around twice to be able to see the store, let alone accept his quest.
