To Ubi and fellow gamers,

I just finished Odyssey on my One S late last year and now have shifted into AC Valhalla on my Series X. I started playing the game and it ran rather smoothly then I started getting consistent Online Connection errors. It wouldn't let me play at first, then it wouldn't let me view/post photos and today when I went to Reda I couldn't pick a mission or check his store. Also I am sitting on 1200 Helix (left over from the 300 for the Ult edition and a 4300 Helix bundle) and the Animus store says I have 0 and can't select any gear. My NAT is open, router is 10ft from the XSX, static ip and ports open. I have restarted the game, restarted the console multiple times too. I am adding some photos of the errors to this. I will be home soon so I will try and access Reda's store again, it's been 6 hours since I last tried to access it and ran into the error. Please help Ubi.

***EDIT*** Just tried logging in again and my Helix credits are back but ingame talking to Reda, looking at the store and accepting quests is still buggy. I had to restart once and fast travel around twice to be able to see the store, let alone accept his quest.

Thanks for providing the screenshots and detailed explanation of the issue. On your screenshots I can see you are receiving the error 0x00100500 and seems you have already performed all the steps from our connectivity troubleshooting article but the issue still persists. Could you please try to unlink and then relink your console account and see if it helps?

Did the connectivity troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague @Ubi-Oxavo help you out? Or are you still encountering this error message whilst playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

You can find the Xbox Series X|S troubleshooting steps, as well as the steps on how to unlink and relink your Xbox Account, by following the links provided in their message.

@iamtriad330670 Thank you for checking with us. Please make sure a game save has been uploaded to the cloud. After this, you can unlink the Xbox profile and relink it from the account managements page.
