[2022] Failed to Save Game Progress

Hey @ezi01499 , thanks for your report of this issue. I can see that you are getting a 'Failed to Save Game Progress' error when travelling to Finland, or sometimes when you first load your save - sorry about that! I'll be happy to help with this.

Can you start with our troubleshooting guide for me? In particular, make sure you've done the steps to check for software and system updates, fully power cycle the console, and disconnect it from the internet and try the game while it is offline.

If the issue persists after those steps, can you answer the questions below for me?

• After the error when travelling to Finland, are you then able to save the game correctly by travelling elsewhere?
• Has this always happened when travelling to Finland? Or had you been able to travel there and save the game previously?
• Can you upload your latest save file to the cloud, and let me know once that's done?

@ezi01499 Thank you for that information! I also apologize the guide did not help. Please try to uninstall and reinstall the DLC and let me know if that helps! You can do this by clicking on OPTIONS on a game and select "Manage Game Content".

I'm sorry reinstalling that DLC didn't help @ezi01499.

I went ahead and made sure your information had been forwarded over to the appropriate teams to try to help them get this sorted out.
