[2022] [DoR] No music when facing roaming bosses

Hi @sleinad_kaj apologies for the late response.

I am also sorry to hear that you are missing some audio whilst playing the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue.

Thank you for confirming you've been able to follow the steps listed in the guide.

Would you be able to try:

• Disabling the music in your settings.
• Saving your game.
• Reloading the save.
• Enabling music in your settings again.

If this has no effect for you, we'd like to forward on your report to the game team. Could you please ensure your most recent save is available on the cloud?
• Create a manual save before ending your session.
Wait a minute or two after the save animation has finished.
• Open the Main menu and choose Quit to Title Screen.
• Choose Load Game. 
• Check if the save you just created has a cloud icon next to the play time.

Thanks for reaching out to us with an update! I'm glad to hear that music has returned for the roaming Muspel bosses following the release of TU 1.5.1 I'm sorry to hear that you're still missing music for the Jotun leaders, though.

Just to clarify, are you referring to Suttungr's Outriders? To my knowledge, these specific bosses can only be defeated once. If you had defeated them all prior to TU 1.5.1, then this would explain why you've been unable to locate them again in-world. Have you been able to defeat them all (and therefore collect all of the Jotun gear), or should there still be some available to find on your map?

Does the absence of music still happen when you encounter groups of Jotuns outside of the Outriders? If we can establish whether music is still missing for you when engaging with larger groups of enemies, regardless of them including one of the Outriders, this will be helpful for further investigation.

Thanks for the information you provided. I have forwarded it all on to the dev team as we already had an existing report to them about various instances of missing music.

If you could do a new thread for the other issue, yes please, just so we can keep this one on topic with the missing music issue.
